Daisy Edgar-Jones is officially heading into the world of game design. According to ScreenDaily and World of Reel, the actress has been cast as Sadie Green in the upcoming film adaptation of Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow. Paramount Pictures is bringing the beloved 2022 novel by Gabrielle Zevin to the big screen.

Oscar winner Sian Heder, known for her success with CODA, is attached to direct the project. Heder will also co-write the screenplay for the modern love story. The narrative spans three decades, following childhood friends Sadie and Sam who reunite in college to create a blockbuster video game while navigating their complex personal bond.

The novel has been a massive commercial success, spending more than 40 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. Paramount secured the rights to the book in a competitive auction. With Edgar-Jones now locked in as the female lead, production preparations are moving forward as the studio looks for an actor to play Sam Masur.
