MediaCo Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: MDIA) is seeing a significant boost in its bottom line. The media company, which owns iconic New York City radio stations HOT 97 and WBLS, reported a total net revenue of $133.3 million for the 2025 fiscal year. This figure represents a massive 40% increase compared to the previous year's performance.

Much of this growth is attributed to the company's strategic acquisition of Estrella Media’s network, content, and digital operations in April 2024. According to reports from Business Wire, the integration of these assets alongside significant digital growth helped propel the company's reach. MediaCo has focused heavily on expanding its footprint beyond traditional radio into the digital space.

While the revenue numbers are climbing, the company did report a net loss of $66.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. MediaCo stated this loss was primarily due to non-cash items, such as impairment charges and changes in warrant share liabilities. However, there is a positive trend in operational efficiency, as Adjusted EBITDA for the full year improved to $7.3 million.
