Melanie Martinez has officially released her highly anticipated fourth studio album, HADES, today, March 27, 2026. The 18-track project is available now through Atlantic Records. This release serves as the first installment of an ambitious double album project that marks a bold new chapter in the artist's career.

The album explores dark, dystopian themes that depart from the whimsical aesthetics of Martinez's earlier work. HADES was preceded by the singles "Possession" and "Disney Princess," which set the tone for the record's experimental and cinematic sound. According to Melodic Magazine, the new tracks showcase Martinez’s evolution as a primary songwriter and producer.

Martinez continues her tradition of building intricate visual worlds to accompany her music. BroadwayWorld reports that the HADES era is designed as a larger narrative experience, following the conceptual success of 2023’s Portals. Fans can currently stream the full 18-track collection on platforms including Apple Music and Spotify.
