The wait is officially over for DC fans! Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first full-length trailer for Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, showcasing Milly Alcock in her first solo outing as Kara Zor-El. The footage sets a high-stakes ticking clock: the villainous Krem of the Yellow Hills, played by Matthias Schoenaerts, has poisoned Krypto the Superdog. Supergirl now has exactly three days to find an antidote before her loyal companion perishes, launching her on a gritty, "rock-and-roll" mission across the stars.

The trailer also marks the debut of Jason Momoa as the intergalactic bounty hunter Lobo. Despite not appearing in the original comic series by Tom King and Bilquis Evely, the "Main Man" is seen here teaming up with Kara and a young alien girl named Ruthye Marye Knoll, played by Eve Ridley. Fans also caught a glimpse of David Corenswet reprising his role as Superman; he appears via a video message to check on his cousin, highlighting the emotional distance between the two heroes.

Directed by Craig Gillespie and written by Ana Nogueira, the film leans into a space-western aesthetic, punctuated in the trailer by the 1967 soul classic "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted" by Jimmy Ruffin. DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn previously described the project as a "hardcore" take on the character, a sentiment reflected in the trailer's heavy-hitting action sequences. Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is scheduled to soar into theaters on June 26, 2026.
