Colligan, who served as President, and Carlson, the Chief Marketing Officer, depart after a short seven-month tenure that began in September 2023. According to reports from TheWrap and Screen Daily, the exits follow internal friction with company founders Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh.

The leadership shakeup comes as Row K grapples with significant financial challenges. The company is reportedly facing a severe cash shortage that has left several vendors, including public relations firms and legal consultants, with unpaid invoices. These mounting financial struggles are compounded by the underwhelming box office performance of the company's initial film slate, creating a volatile environment for the fledgling distributor.

In a major blow to its upcoming lineup, Row K has relinquished the U.S. distribution rights for the film Poetic License. The project, which stars Andrew Garfield and is directed by David Yates, is now back on the market seeking a new distributor.
