Hassie Harrison is trading the ranch for the surf. The Yellowstone actress has officially joined the cast of the Baywatch reboot heading to Fox. Harrison, best known for her role as Laramie on the hit Paramount Network series, will take on a lead role in the updated version of the iconic beach drama.

In the new series, Harrison will portray Nat, an elite lifeguard with an impressive background. The character is described as a former foster child and a decorated Olympic athlete. Nat is fiercely loyal and maintains a close friendship with Mitch Buchannon, who will be played by Arrow star Stephen Amell. This new iteration aims to bring a modern edge to the sun-drenched rescue stories originally made famous in the 1990s.

The reboot is a major collaboration between Fremantle and Fox Entertainment, with Lara Olsen serving as the showrunner. Filming is scheduled to begin this spring, preparing the series for its big debut during the 2025-2026 television season. Fans can expect plenty of action as this new generation of lifeguards takes to the sand to continue the legacy of the original David Hasselhoff series.
