Get your straw hats ready! Netflix has officially announced that the second season of its hit live-action adaptation, titled Season 2, will premiere in 2025. Fans won’t have to wait for weekly releases, as all eight episodes are scheduled to drop on the streaming platform simultaneously. This season follows Monkey D. Luffy and his crew as they navigate the treacherous waters of the Grand Line, adapting the journey to Drum Island from Eiichiro Oda’s manga.

This new chapter introduces several iconic characters to the live-action world. The biggest buzz surrounds the debut of Tony Tony Chopper, the crew’s reindeer doctor. Joining the cast this season are Joe Manganiello as the villainous Crocodile (Mr. 0) and Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, alongside Charithra Chandran who takes on the role of Miss Wednesday. Returning stars include Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu as Zoro, and Emily Rudd as Nami.

In a major expansion for the franchise, Netflix is also continuing the pirate adventure for the streaming service. The next chapter is highly anticipated across the United States, Canada, and Japan as it prepares for its premiere. This upcoming release follows the massive success of the first season, which dominated Netflix's global top 10 charts for weeks following its 2023 debut.
