The 34-year-old, married to former footballer Rio Ferdinand, detailed a "very scary night" amid Iranian missile attacks across the Middle East.

Ferdinand, who moved to Dubai in August 2025 with Rio and their children Cree, five, Shae, two, and Rio's daughter Tia, 14, took to Instagram on Sunday, March 1, to reassure her 1.4 million followers. She confirmed that everyone in their household was safe.
