Universal Studios Hollywood is officially bringing the magic of the Silver Millennium to California this spring. For the first time in the United States, fans can experience "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon the Miracle: Moon Palace Chapter Deluxe." This original CG anime short was previously exclusive to Universal Studios Japan, but it is now heading West for the highly anticipated Universal Fan Fest Nights.

The limited-run screenings begin on April 23, 2026, and will run on select nights through May 16, 2026. To accommodate local fans, the Japanese-produced film will be presented with English subtitles. This U.S. debut marks a major milestone for the Sailor Moon franchise, giving domestic audiences a rare chance to see the "Moon Palace Chapter Deluxe" on a big screen within the park's immersive environment.

The festival isn't just for Pretty Guardians, though. Universal Fan Fest Nights will also feature attractions and experiences themed around One Piece, Dungeons & Dragons, Scooby-Doo, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Universal Studios Hollywood executives, including General Manager Scott Strobl, have designed the after-hours event to be a deep dive into fan-favorite worlds, complete with themed food and exclusive merchandise.
