The landscape of global television has officially shifted. Banijay Group and RedBird IMI have announced a definitive merger between Banijay Entertainment and All3Media. This strategic deal creates a production titan jointly owned in a 50/50 partnership, operating globally under the Banijay brand name.

This massive consolidation brings the world’s biggest hits under one roof. The combined entity now boasts a library exceeding 260,000 hours of content. Iconic reality franchises like "Big Brother," "Survivor," and "MasterChef" will now share a home with prestige hits and viral sensations such as "Peaky Blinders," "The Traitors," and "Squid Game: The Challenge."

Marco Bassetti, CEO of Banijay Group, will lead the new powerhouse. According to a formal announcement from Banijay Group, the merger aims to scale production capabilities while maintaining creative independence across its hundreds of labels. Jeff Zucker, CEO of RedBird IMI, noted that the deal positions the new entity as a primary destination for talent and distributors in an increasingly competitive market.
