Tyler Rake is officially heading home. Netflix has confirmed that principal photography for Extraction 3 is scheduled to begin in June 2026. While previous installments took the action to India, Thailand, and Georgia, this sequel brings the production to Hemsworth’s home turf before moving to additional locations across Europe.

Director Sam Hargrave, who transitioned from stunt coordinator to filmmaker with the first two hits, is back at the helm. According to reports from What’s on Netflix and The Times of India, the production is expected to span four months, aiming for an October 2026 wrap date. This timeline suggests that fans of the high-stakes mercenary series can look forward to a streaming debut on Netflix sometime in 2027.
