In the video, Joe Sugg playfully zoomed in on engagement rings while browsing, asking Dianne, "Oh look. Should we pick out an engagement ring?" Dianne, rather than brushing off the comment, appeared genuinely intrigued, admitting, "Do you know what? To be fair, I actually like those." This light-hearted exchange sent their loyal fanbase into a frenzy, with many predicting a proposal is on the horizon.

Adding to the speculation, back in December 2025, while on their babymoon in Australia, Joe shared a series of festive photos on Instagram. One particular snap, showing Joe kneeling in front of Dianne's growing baby bump near a sparkling Christmas tree, led many fans to believe he had popped the question. The couple, who first met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, announced they were expecting their first child, a baby boy, in September 2025.
