The Estate of Michael Jackson is facing a federal lawsuit filed by four of the Cascio siblings, alleging child sex trafficking and extensive abuse by the late pop superstar. The complaint, lodged in Los Angeles on February 27, 2026, names Frank Cascio, Dominic Cascio, Aldo Cascio, and Marie-Nicole Porte (also known as Marie-Nicole Cascio) as plaintiffs against The Michael Jackson Company and estate co-executors John Branca and John McClain.
According to the 23-page filing, the siblings claim Jackson groomed and exploited them over more than a decade, starting when some were as young as seven or eight years old. They allege Jackson drugged, raped, and sexually assaulted each of them, with incidents reportedly occurring at various locations, including Neverland Ranch, the family's New Jersey home, and during international travels to Switzerland, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Specific allegations include abuse at the homes of actress Elizabeth Taylor and singer Elton John.
The lawsuit details claims that Jackson used his celebrity, wealth, and influence to gain their trust before isolating and abusing them. However, attorneys for the Michael Jackson Estate have strongly refuted the allegations, labeling the lawsuit as a "desperate money grab" and an "extortion attempt." The estate's representatives contend that the Cascio family had previously supported Jackson publicly and that the siblings had received prior financial remuneration, which they now seek to void.
