Entravision Communications Corporation is shaking up its executive suite. On March 5, 2026, the company announced a major leadership reorganization for its U.S. media operations. Maria Martinez-Guzman has been promoted to President of Entravision Media, while Eduardo Maytorena takes the helm as President of Entravision Audio. These moves follow the departure of former President and COO Jeffery Liberman, who left the company in February.
The promotions highlight a focus on veteran talent within the organization. Martinez-Guzman rejoined Entravision after a 20-year career at Univision, where she was most recently Executive Vice President of News, and will now oversee 49 television stations. Maytorena, who was a Senior Vice President in Entravision's Los Angeles market, will manage the company's portfolio of 44 radio stations. Additionally, Winter Horton has been named Chief Revenue Officer after serving as Senior Advisor to the CEO. This trio will lead the company’s efforts to capture a larger share of the $4.1 trillion U.S. Latino market.
CEO Michael J. Christenson emphasized that this transition is about modernization. According to a statement released via Business Wire, Christenson noted the goal is to "modernize our operations" and strengthen the company's digital and audio footprint. By streamlining leadership, Entravision aims to improve efficiency across its local media segments and better serve its audience through integrated content strategies.
