John Summit surprised fans at the 2026 Ultra Music Festival in Miami by bringing out Colombian singer Feid to debut their new collaboration, "Chica 305." The track is a high-energy Latin tech house anthem that Summit describes as a love letter to the city's nightlife. During his headlining set at Bayfront Park, Summit told the audience that the song was written in Miami following a "chance encounter" that inspired the lyrics.
"Chica 305" is confirmed as the final single to be released ahead of Summit's upcoming studio album, CTRL ESCAPE. Speaking about the track on social media, John Summit noted that the collaboration with Feid represents the bridge between global dance music and Latin urban sounds. The performance marks one of the biggest highlights of the festival's opening weekend.

Fans won't have to wait long for the full project, as CTRL ESCAPE is officially scheduled for release on April 15, 2026. The album will be released under Summit's own Experts Only imprint. With the debut of this final single, the DJ concludes a massive promotional run that has included performances across North America and Europe.
